Tours and Demonstrations Scheduled to Begin Every 20 Minutes

New England School of Photography typically offers open houses in March, August and November each year. The feedback we've had on our Open Houses is extremely positive, with attendees noting that they are most pleased with the thoroughness of our presentations. If you are thinking of attending NESOP—particularly the Professional Photography Program, we recommend attending one of our Open Houses. These events are a great way to meet administration, faculty and staff, see demonstrations in some of our major and minor course offerings, get some literature on the school, tour the facilities and get your questions and concerns about NESOP, its program and a career in photography addressed. We are so proud of NESOP and our graduates, and you'll find that we love to talk about it, so we welcome your questions and comments. Open Houses are an easy, relaxed way for you to approach us, or, if you are a little shy, to listen to us respond to your fellow attendees' questions. If you are serious about taking the next step and educating yourself for a career in photography, this is a great place to start!

May 2008: NESOP will offer free seminars at Hunt's Photo & Video in Melrose, MA

Stop by Hunt's on May 9th & 10th for a free short seminar taught by NESOP instructors.  To pre-register please call Hunt's at (781) 662-8822.  See our "Short-Term Workshops" for more information.

October 2007: NESOP launches Photo Blasts—a series of brief (one-hour) workshops offered in collaboration with Hunt’s Photo & Video in Melrose, MA. Classes are held at Hunt’s Photo & Video, 100 Main Street, Melrose, MA 02176 and are led by NESOP instructors. These workshops are short, simple how-to classes designed to provide quick snapshots of information. Offerings such as “How to Use Your Digital SLR Camera,” “Photoshop Basics” and “Basic Color Management” are popular and are great jumping-off points to NESOP’s more comprehensive workshops. Classes are inexpensive and are in a great location—if you’re in the store purchasing equipment, you now have the opportunity to learn how to use it in-store! Space in the Photo Blasts is limited; as such, attendees must pre-register with Hunt’s. Call (781) 662-8822 to pre-register. All registration and payment is handled directly through Hunt’s Photo & Video for these workshops. See our “Short-Term Workshops” for more information.
